First, our goal is to provide Personalized Service, which will include the availability of communicating with you through emails, text messages, and phone calls. We do this because we know how important the qualities of trust and collaboration become when building new business relationships. If our word, our integrity, and our honesty is not genuine, we know that "word of mouth" will pass warnings even faster than it will pass positive praise.
It is our goal to build our customer base through the viral effect of satisfied customers telling their friends, relatives, and co-workers about our service, because they themselves are pleased with our service.
Second, the use of "tracking numbers" in the shipping business has become the industry standard for a reason.....when people send packages they want to know where they are and when they are expected to arrive.
When your package arrives at our facility, the shipper will scan the tracking bar code, and the package will show as "DELIVERED," so you will know we have received the package. When we send your package through the U.S. Postal System, we will give you a tracking number so that both of us know we can go back to the Post Office and have them trace the package, if necessary.
