Ship to our facility
After you have purchased your item and addressed the package to arrive at our facility, please fill out the Information and Authorization Form with:
1. Your name 2. Your receiving address and Post Office zip code 3. Provide phone number(s) if you would like us to be able to contact you by phone and/or text. 4. An email address we can use to communicate with you regarding arrival, condition, any questions, billing, etc. 5. In the Package Information Box, tell us things like:
When your package arrives at our facility: 1. We will inspect your package for damage and box condition, and then notify you of its arrival by email, text, or phone call, according to your preferred contact method. 2. In our experience, the majority of packages arrive in acceptable condition.....however, occasionally there is damage caused by the carrier during the shipping process. If we detect or suspect any damage in shipping from the seller to our address, we will notify you immediately (and forward you pictures of the package), so that you can decide whether to initiate a return to the seller or whether to continue forwarding the package to your address in Alaska. We will be available to help you return a damaged item, help you coordinate with the shipper's Damage Claims Department if necessary, or even just make sure your purchase is OK to place in a slightly larger box and continue shipping to your Alaskan address. 3. We will measure the actual shipping dimensions (Height x Width x Length), along with the weight the package, and then calculate exact postage costs from our Post Office to your Post Office. NOTE: You will get the cost advantage of having your postage calculated at the USPS "Online" discount rate!!! 4. We will then send you an email or text with the total postage and handling costs (Flat-Rate $5) plus any special handling fees (that we have agreed upon before hand to help assisting with damage situations), and a link to our PayPal Invoice page where you can use your PayPal account, or a major debit / charge card to complete payment. 5. When we get your authorization and payment, we will then print the shipping label with prepaid postage, then deliver your package to the Holladay Post Office. Your package will now be on it's way to you in Alaska!!! |
